“From the initial survey Lavender Clearances were absolutely fantastic. They were sensitive as my elderly Mother was downsizing which meant clearing a large number of items. On the day of the clearance the team worked like demons and cleared a massive amount of items in just over 2hrs. They even cleaned the rooms before leaving. I cannot rate them high enough and will be recommending them to all my friends & family.”

“After the loss of a loved one, I had the emotional and daunting task of clearing their property. Chris listened patiently, advised and immediately simplified the process. In addition, his team were extremely hardworking, exceptionally polite, punctual and efficient. “Lavender Clearance have now cleared three house for me and are extremely are reliable and reasonable. They are a professional company with friendly staff who can quote within a week of the customers request and clear the property the following week. I would not hesitate in recommending them.”

“I had to clear my house in Surbiton before sale. I live in Sydney so I was worried that it would be difficult to organise and communication would be an issue. I needn't have worried because Lavender took care of everything from start to finish with no dramas at all. Top work!”
