“Efficient and trustworthy - I am so impressed with the way Lavender handled the clearance of my property, especially as I couldn't be there to supervise. Everything was carried out as per instructions with no hitches at all. I highly recommend them.”

“Made initial enquiry some months before giving a date at admittedly short notice. accommodated us and did everything and more than we requested extremely efficiently - and this included emptying a very dusty loft with no visible mtraces that they had been up the ladder. Thank you so0 much and would not hesitate to contact you again if the occasion demanded”

“The clearance team were on time and quickly understood what was required. They worked continuously and nothing seemed to worry them in terms of difficult sized furniture and getting it through various angles. Afterwards, they hovered and dusted. All in all a very professional job well done.”

“I would definitely recommend Lavender Clearances. They did an amazingly thorough job clearing my late father's flat and they were quick, courteous and very efficient. With the combined remit of removing rubbish and taking things that could be sold, they gave me a very good deal and did all the hard work. This is a service that takes away most of the difficult part of clearing a family home.”

“I am so pleased that I found Lavender Clearances online as they provide exactly the service I needed. After my father's death, facing the task of clearing his flat was very daunting. Knowing that this firm would do the whole job freed me up to concentrate on dealing with the personal and important items we wanted to keep. The clearance was done swiftly and very thoroughly, the staff very friendly and polite. “Reliable, friendly and good value. We hired Lavender Clearances for the thankless task of clearing our loft for a house move. We tried other companies but as the loft hatch was over the stairs and the loft wasn't boarded out they wouldn't do the job. Lavender Clearances had no issue and handled it all in their stride. I have no qualms recommending them to anyone.”
