“Arrived on time to clear flat of furniture etc which was three floors up .They manhandled the contents of the flat down three flights of stairs on a very hot day. The men Martin and Bruno were very efficient and on completion vacuumed the flat and access corridors and stairs. Brilliant job by two cheerful,polite and efficient gents. Would have no hesitation in using the company again.”

“The Lavender Clearances team were brilliant throughout. We had to get my father-in-law's house cleared with only a week's confirmation of the sale completion date. Chris had given us the best quote and, despite the fact we could only confirm our provisional booking three days before it took place, at a busy time for the company, we were assured that a team would be able to complete the work. The team of Mark, Bruno and Danny arrived very promptly and wasted no time in getting to work. They dealt magnificently with a deceptively large, cluttered three-bedroomed house - something they had obviously been warned about - and worked from 7:30am to 5pm, hoovering or sweeping the whole property and even helping by emptying the bins which were not due for collection until after the completion date. All three men were smart and impeccably polite and paid tremendous attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Overall, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lavender Clearances. It has been a pleasure to deal with them and our money has been very well spent.”
