Hi Joanne, I am sorry to hear that your nose stud was smaller than you expected. One of the USPs of our brand is that our jewellery is designed to be particularly dainty and feminine - this is because our founder Laura struggled this kind of solid gold jewellery before setting up the business. So that our customers are aware of the sizing of our jewellery, we detail the dimensions of all of our jewellery on each product page as well as on a model so customers can see the pieces being worn. We also show a close up image of the jewellery on each product page so our customers can see the details of each piece. Hopefully you can still get some wear out of your nose stud - we love how dainty they are which makes them super comfortable to wear. “I now have 6 pieces from Laura Bond. I just love, love, love the jewellery. I had so many piercings when I was younger but took them all out in my 20s because I could never find nice feminine jewellery. I’m now in my mid 30s with more piercings than ever because I have FINALLY found a beautiful feminine brand. I can’t wait to keep adding to my collection. I just need to decide now that Laura Bond are doing nose wether or not I need my nose re-pierced (for the 3rd time), and the answer is, probably!!”

“Absolutely love my nose stud. I didn't realise how much my original piercing was moving around and irritating me - I was constantly aware of it. I put the nose stud in that I bought from Laura and it fit like it had always been there! Secure, comfortable, shiny and beautiful. I am so pleased with it.”

“Product range is good and really does have something for everyone, i appreciate the fact that there are both 9k and 14k options so something for all budgets. The website is good and mobile option east to navigate, I like the fact that there are images of selected jewellery placement too which helps visualise what the earring with look like. Would have given an additional star if there were loyalty schemes, points or sales on as price point is high.”

“this is NOT a review on the jewelry (as I have not had the chance to put them to the test--but they're gorg FYI) but this is a review about the COMPANY. I've had major issues with theft in my apartment complex where I'm getting the police involved etc., but anyway, my package got stolen and the customer service team worked with me in a timely manner and was able to get me a new package! I've seen the earrings that I bought and they're sooo cute and backed with a great company/customer service! I wish I could remember who helped me but I seem to have deleted the email on accident.. but buy from them! you won't regret it. I'm extremely excited to try them on! (':”
