“Having small ears it has been a real struggle to find decent jewellery (that looks good) to fit my tragus piercing. I randomly came across the Laura Bond site and thought ‘why not, I’ll give it a try’ and must say that hands down it has been the best piece of jewellery I’ve found since having this piercing.”

“I measured my nose piercing and checked the photos that were against the 8mm product. What has arrived is MUCH larger than the picture made it look. I’m now having to re-buy from another retailer as they are none refundable. I was dubious about sizing - but the picture was clear and I showed other people for a second opinion but there is no way what is pictured is what I received. The hoop I did receive is lovely, and a nice dainty thickness. It just wasn’t suitable for what I wanted.”

Hi Amy, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so sorry to hear that the 8mm clicker hoop was not as you expected. We include professional photography of our jewellery being worn by real models for a rough guide on how the jewellery should fit. However, everybody's ear/nose anatomy is different and we suggest customers visit a reputable piercer if they are unsure on sizing. A piercer should be able to advise on what size would suit you best depending on your desired look and fit of the jewellery. Again, we are sorry you can't use the hoop for your intended piercing, hopefully you can find an alternative piercing placement where the hoop will be more suited to. “I ordered the 14ct white gold CZ trilogy labret, it is fabulous! Very easy to put in, comfortable to wear and looks gorgeous. Delivery was super quick and presentation beautiful. I will definitely order again, the only problem will be deciding which earrings to choose as they are all stunning! I highly recommend this delightful brand.”

“Really disappointed with my purchase as I was all excited about a new earring. The stud itself is beautiful and when the two parts of the stud are together the post is 6mm, however, the front part of the earring is shorter than that, such that it doesn’t reach through the hole to marry up with the earring back. So I can’t use the earring”

Hi Helen, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm really sorry to hear that you haven't been able to wear your new jewellery. Our labret studs have a back post of 6mm and a front thread of 4mm. The way to fit a labret stud is to insert the back post through the back of the piercing first and then once the front of the post is visible in your piercing hole, you can then screw in the front until it is fully tightened. If a customer is having trouble fitting their jewellery, we would always recommend them to visit their local piercer who should be able to help you fit it without causing any damage to the jewellery and ensuring it is fitted securely and correctly. You can always call ahead to check that they offer this service. Hopefully once you have visited a piercer to get the jewellery fitted correctly, your piercing will fit the 6mm size of earring that you purchased.
