Photos of yarn colour are slightly misleading. Better photography is needed.

I placed my order on January 4, 2025. Was shipped on January 13th. I haven't received my item yet. I made a refund request on February 24th with customer service. I haven't received a refund either.

Lovely yarns, but dispatch took over a week for both orders placed, customer service would take 2+ weeks to get back and if you want a refund after sending anything back you have to fight for it!

Deutsche Webseite, versendet aber aus UK, was zu langen Lieferzeiten führt. Paket wurde erst versendet, nachdem nach über einer Woche nichts passiert ist. Bei der Rückgabe von Artikeln dauert Bearbeitung und Erstattung sehr lange - Support reagiert auf Nachrichten diesbezüglich nicht.

I ordered and paid for yarn. I waited weeks and weeks for delivery (which never came). Then I get an email saying they received my returned order. Terrible service.

Placed order (not cheap) received no communication, no confirmation, no ETA. NO response to three emails. Paid with PAYPAL, will now initiate a refund request through them.

They that claim they ship orders in 2 working days, but what happens in 2 working days is that you receive a notification that the order is delayed. They take the money and after that they don't respond to emails, and their phone number doesn't work at all. The line drops. I requested cancellation and refund. This was the last time I placed an order with them. Offering this type of service in 2025 is abysmal.

I would like to write a review but I still haven't received my order yet. Our Canadian postal service was on strike for a while but they have been back to work for at least 3 weeks and my order from you folks still hasn't arrived. Hope it arrives soon!!

I placed my order at the end of November. I have yet to receive my order. I understand it was delayed because of a postal strike here in Canada, however, it ended over 2 weeks ago. I have reached out twice to find out where my order is, but have yet to receive a response.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Once an order has been processed and leaves our warehouse we have little to no control over how long it takes for the couriers to deliver. As soon as your order is shipped you receive an email that contains the tracking details to allow you to track your parcel. I can see we have resent both of your orders out again. Terrible experience. Ordered a PDF pattern but did not receive any confirmation or instructions to download it (payment was taken from my account). Contacted Laughing Hens Customer Service but they never replied.

I can see you emailed us on the 17/08 saying you had not received the email to download the pattern, we emailed you back on the 17/08 saying we had forwarded the original email to you again and the link was in the email to download you pattern. Hello, I can see from our email conversations that the delivery address was inputted incorrectly and the courier were unable to identify your address to be able to deliver and that it would be sent back to us. We emailed you in regards to this and you gave us a correct delivery address. We informed you that as soon as we received the parcel back here it would be sent back out to you. It was sent back out to you on the 23/07 via Royal Mail the tracking number is as follows LG407848295GB Kind regards Laughing hens

Ive bought from you for years. Your website said i was collecting points. Maybe sometime in the past. However even though i passed the limit for a gift it was never sent. A nasty trick of yours. But you do have a good selection of wool and colours.

Hello, If a customer sets up an account with ourselves they collect points every time they order, once they receive 5 points this is equivalent to 10% off their next order. This is only valid on their account for a year, we do not send out free gifts. Kind regards Laughing hens

Hello Judith, We received an email from you on the 23rd of February stating you wished to amend you order, we emailed back on the 23rd to say we were unable to do that and that we would cancel and refund your order so you could place a new order. We have received several emails from yourself which we have replied to unfortunately it seems you are not receiving them, your order was cancelled and refunded on the 23rd please do check your records. I ordered Rowan felted tweed on February 24, 2024 and was billed the same day. It has been 3 weeks and I have received neither the yarn nor a shipping notice. E-mails inquiring about the order have not been answered. Although I have ordered from Laughing Hens in the past and received good service, the current situation is worrisome for me and reflects poorly on this company.

Hello Mary, We received your order, however we only had mixed dyelots i did email you in regards to this but heard nothing back, i have had multiple emails from you this week which i have replied to.
