“I suppose laughing hens is ok to deal with, I’ve ordered & received two previous packages, no problem or delay, I then ordered just two balls of wool & it took more than a month for them to arrive cause parcel was held up because of customs charges. Don’t know why there was customs charges only on the smaller package.”

Hello, Apologies your parcel took a while to arrive once a parcel leaves us we have little to no control over how longs it takes to be received, customs can sometimes hold parcels for a while. As for being charge this should not have happened as we have all the necessary documentation on our parcels. If you get in touch with us at sales@laughinghens.co.uk we can look in to this for you. “I ordered a number of patterns. They arrived very quickly considering it required international shipping. “The wool I am happy with but the service I am not. I had a delivery of 32 balls of wool, my last order, and as the bag was not up to the job love lost two balls. I have sent two text to you and no response so I am upset, I am of to minds about ordering agiain.”

“An excellent website that shows worked examples of the yarns. Lots of top quality brands Delivery to Canada was about 10 days, which I consider speedy. Good communication throughout that process as well. Will buy from Laughing Hens again.”
