I’m in Canada and my order shipped and arrived very promptly. Also prices were extremely competitive, and delivery fee was the same as ordering from Canada or the US. “No complaint about you but the Regia yarn on one of the balls was not the colour I ordered. The other one was “fairisle” effect but wasn’t as muted as I thought it would be. I love Regia yarn but wonder what’s going on at their end! Good service from yourselves.”
