“Always so surprised at the availability and competitive prices of the yarns I am looking for and shipping is so reasonable and quick; I have never had to pay duty to Canada. As compared to a recent bad experience ....I bought a Lopi kit from the Iceland Store for about $100USD and paid almost $50 in shipping and duty; it took almost three weeks for the courier to deliver.”

“I recently bought some Olive Wood Addi click circular needles. I'd already got a set of Addi click metal needles but found them too slippery for the Marino and silk yarn I'd made the swatch with. The olive wood ones are beautiful, they give that small amount of friction that helps with the lace pattern I am doing, but not as badly as the cheaper wooden ones. Thank you.”

“A week ago on Saturday I ordered some yarn and a circular needle as I had decided to take the plunge and knit some socks. On Sunday I realised that I needed a smaller size of needle, so promptly at 0900 on Monday I rang in the hope of being in time to change my order. This was no problem at all, and yesterday my small parcel arrived. It is a long time since I last knitted with 4ply yarn and have no experience of using a circular needle. However, with the help of a few online videos by the wonderful Roxanne Richardson, I have made a start. The yarn is WYS Signature sock yarn in Woodpigeon colour.
