“While I visited the site of Laughing Hens I came across very handy wool needles. A purchase was made quickly and despite the customs hassle of today, the package was on the doormat super fast. I'm happy, and highly recommend this seller”

Hello, Apologies you received mixed dyelots we never send these out without checking with the customer first. This was an error on our part, sorry that you feel that by us sending you out all the same dyelot once we were made aware of the mistake by yourself caused inconvenience we were merely trying to rectify the mistake. “I ordered knitting needles from Laughing Hens because they were of a size and brand difficult to purchase in the USA, only to have them sent to me in completely inadequate packaging -- thrown in a long envelope with no protection -- and therefore completely bent and useless on arrival. It's difficult to comprehend why a company that specializes in shipping fragile items like this would not have learnt by now that 2.25 mm 14" long needles shipped in a mere envelope are guaranteed to arrive damaged!”

Hello, Having checked the tracking for the parcel it says that the item was being returned to us on the 01/11 as they as they were unable to identify the correct delivery address, if you would like to get in touch with us direct at sales@laughinghens.com, we can either arrange for the parcel to resent out after clarifying the address with yourself or we can issue a refund. “Laughing Hens has become my go to place for yarn. I am located in the USA and have explored nearby yarn shops and many online shops in the States. To my surprise I have found the best selection and the best prices at this wonderful store in the UK. And their shipping prices are reasonable too, plus all my orders arrive in a reasonable time despite the distance.”

“I have spent hours and hours knitting my friends baby blanket and didn’t notice until it was completely finished that I was sent wool in different dye lots!! I could see it as soon as it had been blocked and pressed. I am so gutted….”

“There was a problem as my order was delivered to my next door neighbour who is rarely at home and I reported this and ordered a second lot of wool. This was returned when my neighbour brought in the 2 packets to me. I started to knit so have started 1 ball and will be returning most of this order when my granddaughter in Australia lets me know another colour to order.”

“I am absolutely thrilled with not only the yarn and cables that I purchased, my heart was deeply touched by the personalized service that I received. I am working on a very special project that began as one shawl for a sister who has cancer. The shawl project morphed into 4 shawls that my son-in-law dubbed"The Sister Shawls." I had quite a challenge obtaining enough yarn to complete all four shawls. Laughing Hens reached out to me to let me know that the yarn I ordered was available but only in two different dye lots. They encouraged me with my project and I received the yarn and accessories in a very timely fashion. I could not be happier with them! Laughing Hens is now one of my top go-to online yarn stores!”
