“Love products and service of Laughing hens. However on my last order, the parcel was held until I paid €8.50 in customs duty. I live in Kildare, Ireland. This was very disappointing. I am not sure if there is a way around this. Keep doing what you're doing 😁🙃 Elaine”

“I have often in the past ordered from this company with no problems, but this last time they sent the wrong needles. As I live abroad I did not return the needles (problems with customs duties etc) and said I would just take the loss. I had expected them to say sorry and that I was very understanding. There was no acknowledgement of my message. They asked me to review my purchase and so I repeated my message and said if they did not reply I would give them a bad review. My advice is do not use the company.”
