“I placed my order on August 1st, today is September 4th and I still haven’t received my order. I sent an email to customer service asking for help tracking the order over a week ago, and haven’t received any response. I would really like to know what happened to my order or at least get some kind of response from your customer service. I am very displeased with the service and wish I hadn’t placed the order.”

“I purchase a skein of West Yorkshire Spinner Illustrious yarn in June 2019 while on vacation in England; we found a lovely yarn shop in York. I started knitting a Harry Potter scarf for my daughter and found that I needed another skein to finish the project. After an internet search, I found that Laughing Hens had exactly what I needed! Shipping was fairly quick to the United States. I was able to finish the scarf and had enough yarn leftover for a matching hat. I'll definitely keep Laughing Hens as an option for ordering supplies for my next knitting project.”

“I never received my order and tried to contact you but could not do that also. For some unknown reason it would prevent me from contacting you and said that I had the wrong email address when I was replying back to you. You need to check your website! My order was small. All I ordered was Rowan creative linen 621 natural, one skein. Never received! Can you please look into this and send me my order. My phone number is 206-909-1068.”

“I placed my order from the U.S. and was given the estimated delivery time of my order (two circular knitting needles) which would be shipped from the U.K. I. Was updated by Laughing Hens of the status of the shipment along the way. The goods were received in outstanding condition. I can recommend Laughing Hens for your project needs.”
