“Decent products and fast shipping. I had to modify the swift mount to securely hold to a table edge as the wooden screw and threading stripped immediately. “I am very happy with the yarn ordered, but the shipping time was was unfortunately very long. I ordered December 4th and the package arrived on January 10th. I was about to call to report IT LOST! This is my first order from Laughing Hens.”

“Loved the web site but poor communication regarding problems receiving downloadable patterns. No response to my emails; phoning was more successful although one of the patterns sent was not the one ordered.....now resolved but would appreciate an option to have patterns sent by post.”

“no impressed by service. I emailed customer services minutes after ordering to cancel. They did’t respond for a few days after they had sent the order. Not a great apology. won’t be ordering again.”

“Purchased 3 pairs of leather slipper bottoms, which I have previously bought from elsewhere. Not only were they cheapest on price, but the delivery was fast (considering the mail strikes at the moment - arrived in time for Christmas with plenty of time to finish my projects. Good quality product that will last years.”

“I'm so pleased with my Patons Diploma Gold cream and cherry wools! They knit up beautifully and my julenkulers look good! I knitted hard before Christmas (while my husband relaxed!).
