Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Once an order has been processed and leaves our warehouse we have little to no control over how long it takes for the couriers to deliver. As soon as your order is shipped you receive an email that contains the tracking details to allow you to track your parcel. I can see we have resent both of your orders out again. “🤫 apologies I haven't started my project yet. I'm finishing off a project and got carried away ..... I Came across a knitting pattern and went online to find the type of thread needed ....thats how I found the Laughing Hens. “My mum, an expert knitter, passed away recently. As part of my grieving process, I decided to take up knitting - after a 30 year hiatus - and joined the Laughing Hens. Once I found the jumper I liked, it was very straight forward. I ordered King Cole pattern 5799 with the corresponding yarns (King Cole Homespun DK), and the required needles (added circular needles as I remember my mum used to prefer knitting with them) as suggested under the pattern. I received everything quickly and started immediately. This was 3 weeks ago and my husband is delighted with his jumper. Thank you Laughing Hens!”
