“I love ordering from them. They are reasonably priced and so is the shipping cost. I purchased the Patons Baby Smiles yarn and it is such a soft and durable yarn. I use it for baby blankets and hats.”

“Very satisfied. Ordering was simple i received exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately I opted for express delivery and DSL was the shipper. I found out later they will always have parcels opened at customs and you end up paying duty,whereas if it just comes by post you might get lucky and it won't be inspected.”

“Hallo Hens,die Wolle ist sehr gut. Aber unfair ist: auf der Internetseite ist nicht ersichtlich, dass die Wolle aus Großbritannien verschickt wird. Ich musste daher noch 12.--€ Zollgebühren bezahlen.”

“You ask me how my project developed? Well, I ordered wool worth 125 € on 9th December and received it 4,5 weeks later, on 11th January, 2 days ago. Surprisingly, the postman demanded another 30€ trade tariff from me when handing over the parcel to me. That was not mentioned when I bought the wool. So I am quite disappointed about my purchase and the bad bargain and will surely not order anything at Laughing Hens again.”
