“Really lovely wool bought specially for a baby blanket and it's turning out really well. I had to wait a while for the delivery but that was all explained and the wool was definitely worth the wait”

“My order of wool and delivery was very easy. Having my wool delivered to Australia was actually cheaper than buying it here! Fantastic service! My cardigan is a work in progress. I love the pattern and the sleeves are looking great!!”

“Overall, I'm really satisfied with Laughing Hens. I cannot give it 5 stars due to the excessive cardboard packaging that has been used in my orders. Example: I received some knitting needles recently that were package in a HUGE envelope of corrugated cardboard. Completely wasteful and unnecessary.”

“Delivery too long but all else okay. However, I had to pay customs to receive the goods. Postal delivery was not possible as driver was not allowed to take money (customs) to collect the merchandise. Had to collect at DHL myself. Hence, I won’t order from Laughing Hens in future. Sorry!”

“Long wait for delivery then when the red yarn eventually came it was the wrong colour red. Not impressed and won’t use again - had to order elsewhere in the meantime where there was a 24 hour delivery.”

“Laughing Hens is my first port of call for all of my knitting requirements. They were one of the first websites to show the full contents of any knitting booklets. Customer service is good too. I have only had one problem and that was with an incorrect item being sent. The correct replacement was sent next day delivery with no quibble at all. The only downside is the website can be really slow at times.”
