“Over the past year or so, I've made several purchases from Laughing Hens and I've always been satisfied. I appreciate the product variety (that I can't seem to find locally) and the quality brands and will certainly be coming back to add to my growing collection of needles and hooks. I'm in the U.S. and haven't had any trouble receiving my orders—they arrive pretty quickly, too.”

“Ordered 2 addi's , only received 1, contacted them the day delivery and they quickly sent out the second pair. I received both items very quickly, about 5 days and I'm from Canada. It was much faster then item coming from the USA or even from the other side of Canada. This is my 2nd order and will order again and again”

“Very good customer service, I ordered from Germany but had to pay customs. Laughing Hen's customer service immediately took over those fees for customs. They were also very nice about it.”
