“My 96yr old mother is busy knitting a sweater for my husband. She requested wood knitting needles and we were able to find the specific size she needed at the Laughing Hens website. She LOVES them! They prevent the yarn from slipping off the needles. Previously, she was losing stitches. Not any more! I am going to order her another size, she loves them so much!”

“I ordered Rowan Cotton Cashmere in July. It arrived within a couple of days. I have been knitting away merrily only to find I needed one more ball of yarn (my fault). I rang Laughing Hens and thankfully they had a ball of the same dye lot available and it was dispatched. Thankyou for an excellent and prompt service.”

“This yarn is named correctly it’s addicting! It knits up fast has fabulous drape and beautiful lace pattern with the thick and thin texture ..I’ve knitted 12 cardigans in different colors ..treat yourselves to this yarm”

“Predictive text messed up my address, I put it right at the point of order however; the system kept the wrong address. My order was sent out even though I immediately made contact when I received my confirmation emial. I have asked for help, and received an unhelpful email back advising the yarn had gone out and nothing would be done. I have not even received a polite mail to explain the system. I am disappointed, have no yarn and no help or apology for a system that cannot update.”

“I emailed to take out a duplicate ASA but They went ahead and sent the duplicate anyway. They were quick to get it mailed but it took almost 14 days to get from NY to Portland Oregon by usps. But no hurry. Our mail is not so fast :(”
