“My order arrived quite damaged but the goods inside were thankfully not affected I was happy to receive an email regarding a delay, due to the holiday season. The communication was much appreciated! I’ve been enjoying knitting with the Drops Paris cotton, for summer rompers. I would order again from Laughing Hens although I think maybe more sturdy packaging might be required for overseas deliveries. All in all, I was still very pleased.”

“I placed my order on January 4, 2025. Was shipped on January 13th. I haven't received my item yet. I made a refund request on February 24th with customer service. I haven't received a refund either.”

“My brown paper envelope package arrived in California totally unsealed. It wasn’t ripped open but appeared to have not been sealed at all in the first place. Luckily the yarn I had ordered was inside and intact. The yarn itself was great.”

“I ordered 4 balls of sock wool which arrived quite quickly, unfortunately I had made a mistake and 2 of the balls were DK and I prefer 4ply for socks. I duly parcelled up the wool, put the original receipt in the bag and sent it off. I emailed 3 times and finally had to call to get the refund for the 2 balls weeks later. If I hadn't chased this up in certain the refund wouldn't have been made, I'm sorry to say its put me off ordering from them again.”

“I love the drops cotton merino. I am partway through a night and day cowl by Andrea Mobry and it is turning out beautifully with the sea green that I also bought. I am sensitive to wool but this is not itchy at all. Thank you!”
