“The service was amazing. my hook arrived from across the pond in quick time (about 2 weeks) I quite like the hook it's nice and long, but my hand is a bit small for it. I would highly recommend Laughing Hens. Great Product and Excellent Service”

“I placed my order and on the 9th October I received an email telling me my order had been shipped. On the 12th October you sent me another email telling me that you had insufficient stock and we’re awaiting deliveries. I was not impressed with your service.”

“I can’t recommend Laughing Hens enough. I was looking to buy the new novel knitting needles and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The personal service from this company was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. I was able to order the moment they arrived and at a great price too. A wonderful, family business were customers still come first. I will definitely be shopping with them again.”
