“Great choice of wool and patterns and very helpful staff. Chose brushed Suri alpaca and King Cole natural chocolate alpaca to Mae some toys this time then dressed them with oddments from my stash. The Suri was a bit stinky when it arrived, just like the alpaca it came off, but it was in a skein so easy to wash and smelled lovely after that and so soft to work with..”

“I purchased some 'Champagne needles', with sparkly tips, just for fun. In actual fact the clear tips are very functional. If you are knitting with dark colours and cabling or knitting through the back loops - these are superb. The clear tips are pretty, but very practical too in this way. What a great bonus. I urge you get these as they are a thing of beauty and a joy forever!!”

“I am an American ordering a book I think is in American English. There was no note that said there were different books in British English. The crochet terms are not the same in both dialects. I was not given the choice to order one or the other. So, I received the British one and have had to make the American English corrections. This makes it confusing for my 10 year old granddaughter. Needless to say, I haven't given it to her yet. Since I marked the book up already I can't send it back. But I would like the correct version sent to me so my granddaughter can learn to crochet without struggling with the terminology.”
