Wool was ordered on 20th September and finally arrived on 22nd October after emailing and phoning your order line numerous times. 2 balls of wool were not sent out as out of stock but was told they would be sent out when back in stock. I’ve checked your website and they are in stock but you haven’t sent them out……”

“Product is great. Easy to knit. However the shipping experience was very bad. My order was shipped with no contact details and almost got sent back to the sender. I also had to pay an extra 16$ shipping cost + VAT (apparently shipping fees do no cover the at home delivery).”
