“I have been a customer for many years now and I know that your products are so good! That is why after a long while, I reordered. Unfortunately, my order took over six weeks to get to me and on top, I had to pay CUSTOMS! Brexit... I am sorry but if Laughing hens do not find a way to absorb this cost (50% of my order) like for example Amazon UK, then I cannot reorder again.”

Hi Sophie, We are sorry for the issue with your order. You should not have had to pay for any customs on your order - we include our customs code (IOSS number) with the shipment so it should not delay shipping and you should not receive any charges. “The best sock yarn, along with West Yorkshire Spinners. EXTREMELY hard wearing. I’m going to buy more. I’ve made 52 pairs of socks but I’m too selfish to give any away 😊”
