“Placed order (not cheap) received no communication, no confirmation, no ETA. NO response to three emails. Paid with PAYPAL, will now initiate a refund request through them.”

“They that claim they ship orders in 2 working days, but what happens in 2 working days is that you receive a notification that the order is delayed. They take the money and after that they don't respond to emails, and their phone number doesn't work at all. The line drops. I requested cancellation and refund. This was the last time I placed an order with them. Offering this type of service in 2025 is abysmal.”

“I am so happy with the beautiful sock yarns received from Laughing Hens all the way to me here on the west coast of Canada! My first project was done with Regia Perfect Pair yarn in colour 9139 Star Night. So happy with the finished socks! Thank you Laughing Hens!”

“I would like to write a review but I still haven't received my order yet. Our Canadian postal service was on strike for a while but they have been back to work for at least 3 weeks and my order from you folks still hasn't arrived. Hope it arrives soon!!”

“I was very pleased with how quickly my lovely olive wood knitting needles arrived in South Australia. I only started using one pair last evening as the wool my daughter ordered for me took a long time to get here. I am very impressed with how smoothly the stitches move on the needles. I have been using bamboo needles for some time because they are much kinder to my arthritic hands than aluminium ones, and also much quieter, but I think my new favourites will be the olive wood ones, and I am really looking forward to starting the baby's dress I bought them for.”

“I placed my order at the end of November. I have yet to receive my order. I understand it was delayed because of a postal strike here in Canada, however, it ended over 2 weeks ago. I have reached out twice to find out where my order is, but have yet to receive a response.”

“the order was dealt with swiftly and v pleased with my wool .Royal mail was not so perfect ,saying they would come one day and never came with no apology and it came late the next day and no indication of when they would come till later in the day .”
