“Ik kreeg de indruk dat ik het patroon in het Nederlands zou ontvangen, dat bleek echter niet het geval. Aangezien ik ook nog een aanzienlijk bedrag bij moest betalen, ben ik zeer ontevreden over de aankoop. Retouneren zou mij nog meer geld kosten, dus ik neem maar mijn verlies.”

“Lovely wool, swiftly delivered. One caveat: it was not clear on the website the size of the skeins, so I ordered too few and had to order some more. Please make clear whether skeins are 50g or 100g?”
