Hello, I can see from our email conversations that the delivery address was inputted incorrectly and the courier were unable to identify your address to be able to deliver and that it would be sent back to us. We emailed you in regards to this and you gave us a correct delivery address. We informed you that as soon as we received the parcel back here it would be sent back out to you. It was sent back out to you on the 23/07 via Royal Mail the tracking number is as follows LG407848295GB Kind regards Laughing hens

“The great things: Thank you for shipping to Canada and that shipments arrive quickly. I like that you have a good variety of products to choose from and that you are nearly always stocked up. I am liking the DROPS line and so grateful especially that you carry it. It is not impossible to find it here where I live. Your website is easy to get around in and inviting. If I could change anything, it would be the cost of shipping to Canada. I do find the shipping price a little high compared to other European shippers. Sometimes the color swatches are not accurate and that can be frustrating when you are looking for particular colors for a project. For example, DROPS Alpaca Fog 9021 is not at all what the swatch shows, nor is DROPS Kidsilk dark purple uni colour 16. It does make me hesitate to purchase certain yarns. It is not a monitor thing because I check after the fact on other web locations for how the color is represented and see some site have more accurate representations. I think Garnstudio just has to do better representing their yarns more accurately. Lastly, it would be nice that if I put things in my shopping cart, they are there the next time I log in. I have to take a screen capture now so that I don't forget when I next log in. Thanks for asking for feedback.”
