“I suppose laughing hens is ok to deal with, I’ve ordered & received two previous packages, no problem or delay, I then ordered just two balls of wool & it took more than a month for them to arrive cause parcel was held up because of customs charges. Don’t know why there was customs charges only on the smaller package.”

Hello, Apologies your parcel took a while to arrive once a parcel leaves us we have little to no control over how longs it takes to be received, customs can sometimes hold parcels for a while. As for being charge this should not have happened as we have all the necessary documentation on our parcels. If you get in touch with us at sales@laughinghens.co.uk we can look in to this for you.
