“Hi to all at Laughing Hens. I have to say that my experience with you was not great. In addition to the cost of the wool and post, I had to pay an additional duty charge because the UK is no longer in the EU. Also the pattern I ordered was no. 5342 King Cole and I received no. 5542. Please could you send me on the one that I requested initially. Many Thanks Marian Rogers”

Hello Marian, Many thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear you have been charge an additional duty - you should not of been charge this. We sometimes hear customers are getting incorrectly charged by customs. Please send the receipt for this and we will be happy to reimburse you. Pattern 5342 was incorrectly labelled by King Cole as 5542. We have contacted King Cole to advise them of this error and to request they send us the correct one. Once we receive this we will send you a copy. Kind regards Laughing Hens

“Very good service, my wool order was simple to place and arrived within 3 days. The colour is true to the website photo and my croft Shetland wool Cardigan is knitting to my expectations. “I lost one of my 4mm Addiclick needles and couldn’t find a replacement anywhere in Canada. Luckily enough I stumbled upon Laughing Hens in the UK and got a replacement set. I am now able to finish my project piece which required 4mm needles. Thank you so much to Laughing Hens!”

“The wool is lovely and soft with a nice sheen to it, but although I love the colour and will use it, it is more purple than the picture showed. I thought it was more burgundy/maroon colours”
