“I can't fault the service, really fast delivery. I have never used Drops yarn before despite knitting for decades, usually use a 'good' yarn. It is fantastic to use, I don't know how they produce such a good product for the price. I'm sold.”

“Prompt delivery, but was disappointed in the quality and colour of this yarn. It is much lighter in shade than a true midnight blue. The online colours can always be misleading and the photos make it look darker than it really is.”

Hello, Apologies your are not happy with the colour of the yarn. We do make sure images are always up to date but they can sometimes differ slightly form the image online, we are also only allowed to use images supplied to us from our supplier these can sometimes differ depending on what device you are using. “I haven't used this yet but I have knitted with Drops Alpaca before and it is a beautiful yarn. The green/grey colour is lovely. My order arrived speedily and was well packed. I am looking forward to knitting a cardigan with this yarn.”

“Pleased with purchase as it was sold exactly as described at a very rasonable price. Only complaint was the packaging as it was not very secure, revealing half of one of the balls of cotton at one half open end, but luckily undamaged!”
