“So excited to have received my order from Laughing Hens today! Delivery was amazingly fast...only 8 business days from the UK to Canada (and that *includes* being transferred to Canada Post). And *all* the lot numbers matched, for 5 different shades of yarn (all of which are gorgeous!) Even with the shipping cost you can't beat the price, I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thanks, Laughing Hens! (as a side note, I looked up projects on Ravelry made with the yarn I was ordering so I could get a better idea of true colors, since you can see so many projects in different light conditions...no surprises, love them all!”

“colour representation on the website was poor. The yarn I received appeared several shades different from the advertised photograph. It was unsuitable for the project and had to be returned. A faff and rather negates the convenience of ordering wool online. As this is so pivotal to being a satisfied customer I would hope that Laughing Hens can get their photographic colour illustration on the website more accurate. This has been suggested to them.”

“I bought Urth yarns uneek fingering weight and love the softness, colour changing patterning - the brightly coloured one is great fun. The order was processed quickly but delivery slowed by Evri which was a shame, but otherwise I am delighted - thank you.”

“Wonderful yarns at good prices even with shipping. (I'm in Australia). A small issue with my lovely yarn being caught in the sticky flap of the (recyclable) packaging, I'm sure this will be addressed. Quick response to my email. Laughing Hens comes across as a yarn store run by real people with a real love of beautiful yarns and a commitment to their customers.”
