Do NOT deal with this firm! They sent me a drab olive green rug instead of a pretty silvery green rug. Their quality control department agreed it was not the shade on their advertising and agreed to replace it. I duly repackaged it and was given a replacement which was identical to the one I had returned. Now it appears the onus is on me to fund the return of the identical second rug. The entire batch must be olive green not silvery green!

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. I cannot see anywhere where any of my colleague’s have stated that this is the incorrect rug or there was an issue with the rug. I have questioned this with our quality team of whom have explained, they had sent a second rug out thinking that the old, faded rug was the one in question which is why the second rug you received matched the first rug. The item in question does not mention and is not described as silvery green. As my colleagues and management have explained, the rug you did receive was the correct rug and colour also. I would have given zero. I placed an order for a rug, immediately got confirmation and an email saying it had been allocated for dispatch. Six days later I spoke to Kyle on the help line as I hadn’t heard anything from the company. He told me the rug was out of stock and was on preorder . He said he would check with the warehouse and email me an estimated delivery date. I never got an email. However, immediately following that conversation I got three emails asking me to review my experience. I never received any indication when I ordered this rug that it was out of stock. Communication has been very poor. I am still waiting to find out when/if my rug will arrive.

Thank you for your review! I have looked into this and can see that on the product page on our website where you purchased the rug, it does state pre-order. On both your order email and order status email, it does say if you have pre-ordered your item, then stock has been allocated to be dispatched as soon as it arrives back into stock and to contact us if you have any further queries regarding estimated delivery dates. We apologise if there has been any confusion. Kyle did message back to let you know that your item is not due in until after the new year but we haven't had a response back. Not received my item yet & there's been no communication about when I might expect to get it. Very disappointed. I was hoping to have it for Christmas which is looking very unlikely. It was a pre-ordered item. The order was placed on the 08th November & I would have expected to hear back from Land of Rugs by now!

I Have purchased several Kalvin Klein sculptural rugs from LOR and am delighted with the design and quality whilst separate delivery dates they all arrived on time when the delivery date was given. We have an out of stock Item due for delivery in mid-November but have been kept well informed throughout the delay process, something not all companies do, as chasing is often down to the client. I would highly recommend Land Of Rugs

Paid for a rug that was listed on the website and after a day received notification that it was ready for dispatch. Over a week later I hadn’t received the rug, so I called and was told they never had that item in stock. They were more than happy to take my money and were perfectly fine with waiting for me to discover for myself that I was never going to receive it. When I called, I received an apology and prompt refund. The whole experience was strange - made more so by my now receiving an email asking for a review with the incentive that I might receive £50 off the cost of my rug if I did so.

Rug was lovely and exactly what I wanted on arrival. Not even 1 year old and a rug that cost over £400 is unraveling around 3 of the corners. The room it is in is hardly used and the rug looks new other than this. I have tried several times to get some compensation or repair.... but it seems that once you have paid for the goods.... customer care is not something that they are bothered about. I wouldn’t use this company in future. They aren’t interested in trying to sort this issue out, looks like small claims. Not the after sales service that anyone wants, and a total inconvenience.

Good morning, Thank you for your review. Following recent communications, we had highlighted that faults do need to be raised to us within 48 hours. We still look into and consider all queries after this point however, in this circumstance, when the rug was delivered to you by the 28th September 2021, the rug was in perfect condition. Due to this, we are only able handle this as a maintenance problem which from the images provided, we can see this has resulted in a few strands coming loose or fraying. Ordered 2 rugs totalling £100 with Express delivery which took over 2 weeks to arrive and then I only received one of them as the other one got lost. This was all down to someone inputting my incorrect delivery address which should not happen. I telephoned them 5 times where my address was mentioned but all staff didn't listen, I also called Parcelforce and they didn't have any deliveries for my address (not knowing my address had been incorrectly input at the time) This was shocking customer service, I asked for a partial refund but no one had the decency to reply to my email and just ignored me.

I ordered a rug and was advised it would be delivered within 48 hours this never happened after emailing a couple of times I was told that it had gone missing in transit. I have now taken delivery of the rug after 4 weeks 2 of the corners are starting to come away. I have contacted them and been informed that this is not a fault with the rug but with my maintenance which I take offence to. This being a rug at £150.00 I do not expect service like this.
