After emailing them images and a list of requirements I was presented with several options and I narrowed it down to one, which I bought. “Paid for a rug that was listed on the website and after a day received notification that it was ready for dispatch. Over a week later I hadn’t received the rug, so I called and was told they never had that item in stock. They were more than happy to take my money and were perfectly fine with waiting for me to discover for myself that I was never going to receive it. When I called, I received an apology and prompt refund. The whole experience was strange - made more so by my now receiving an email asking for a review with the incentive that I might receive £50 off the cost of my rug if I did so.”

“Unfortunately our first rug was damaged in transit. We had great difficulty in returning it but my wife spoke to one of your employees and he arranged for the collection of the damaged rug. We have now received the new rug and we are delighted with it. It is a beautiful rug that will enhance our room.”
