“I had to order a bigger size rug because the size I wanted was out of stock, while it does look good I would have liked the smaller size rug for the room. Good comms and quick to arrive.”

“Ive been looking for quite some time to find the perfect rug for my new barn conversion, wanted something really large and contemporary. Couldnt decide which rug to go for - so I called Land of Rugs. Th e person I spoke with was really helpful and knowledgeable and was able to advise me on the right range of rugs to look for. Once ordered the rug came quick and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. It fits perfectly with my room and decor. I cant fault the service, will definitely use Land of Rugs again.”

“Land of Rugs advertised order by 22nd Dec for pre-Christmas delivery, I placed my order on the 21st, but was sceptical about the delivery. The Rug was finally delivered on the 6th Jan, Royal Mail seemed to give it the run around, it went via 5 depots before finally being delivered. I tried to contact Land of Rugs between Christmas and New Year, no contact was available, I guessed that they had closed for the week, which was understandable. The Rug, good colour, we liked the design and has a soft feel although it is relatively thin. It is spoilt by the sharp creases, it does seem that one or two are there permanently. The rug was rolled very tightly for transportation, the extended delivery time did not help.”
