“Unfortunately at this time I cannot make a positive comment about my purchase as I am still waiting for it to be delivered. On the 8/12/20 I made the purchase and received 3 emails. A registration email, a confirmation and an invoice. The confirmation advised they would be in touch when they dispatched it and most rugs are dispatched in 5 working days. I have not received any further communication and that will be 10 working days tomorrow. Furthermore I have attempted to contact via the website for an status update and received no response. My only communication since is an email asking me to submit a review and star rating! I do appreciate it is a busy time of a difficult year so I'm hoping someone will see this and provide me with an update. Kind regards Amanda Mason”
