“Excellent service. I had been trying to buy a specific rug with another company with no luck. I had a few questions about it as it was an expensive rug so needed to speak to someone. Land of Rugs picked the phone up immediately (believe me, that is very rare and extremely welcome!), and the man I spoke to was really helpful and knowledgable about the rug and gave me good advice. I had a specific date by which the rug had to be delivered and Land of Rugs ensured that it arrived on time and exactly when they said it would. And to top it all, the rug looks absolutely fantastic. Very happy customer. Will be using them again.”
