“The rug I ordered looked nothing like the photo, over priced rug, definitely not what I expected, I then had to pay 26.00 to send it back, Not for me sorry, wouldn’t order again.”

“Like the last rug I purchased it was shipped quickly and delivered a couple of days later. As before the quality is excellent. Foolishly I picked a size too big which just doesn't work so I had to send it back and had to pay for the return. I have ordered a smaller size from them now but would be happier if they offered free returns. Please take this on board land of rugs!”

“I ordered a rug and was advised it would be delivered within 48 hours this never happened after emailing a couple of times I was told that it had gone missing in transit. I have now taken delivery of the rug after 4 weeks 2 of the corners are starting to come away. I have contacted them and been informed that this is not a fault with the rug but with my maintenance which I take offence to. This being a rug at £150.00 I do not expect service like this.”
