“I called in with some questions regarding the rug I was interested in buying and Tom was brilliant. He told me what he really thought instead of saying what I wanted to her so I would purchase the rug and after speaking to him I ended up buying a completely different rug which I am super happy with. Thank you Tom your recommendation was perfect!!!!!!”
