“Easy to order, quick delivery and a beautiful looking, soft rug. Very happy with this purchase and the whole ordering process”

“I originally had issues with my order as it didn't arrive in the scheduled delivery window. Once I contacted the company they told me that the rug was lost in the couriers system, which made sense after looking at the tracking details they provided after the rug was shipped. They dispatched a new rug the same day I called and the rug arrived the next day. While I'm not thrilled the rug was lost, it is no fault of theirs that it happened and I cannot fault their service at all”

It was handled very swiftly by the company and with such good service. The rug arrived 2 days after I changed the address and I was kept well informed throughout the whole order process.”
