“Although the delivery was in fact a couple of days later than advertised I did have both a voicemail and email explaining the delay, good communication I'll admit. It's also fair to say the rug I bought is of an exceedingly high standard of manufacture while being an ideal furnishing for the room in which I have it sited.”
