“Can’t recommend LA Nation Activewear enough. The running shorts are amazing so comfortable! The leggings are brilliant material not see through at all and don’t fall down. I would say true to size and wash great will definitely order again. I also have a couple of tops and are exactly as described”

“The quality of cycling shorts looks really good to a fair price unfortunately my daughter changed her mind and we have to return it. I wasnt happy with the returns service. You should send a return label in my order and deduct £1.99 once the return was made like many shops do to make it easier and with less hassle for the customer. I paid nearly £5 in recorded delivery to ensure the item arrived to you and left with empty hands.”

Hi Ruth, Thanks for your feedback, Ruth! We really appreciate it. As a company, we have discussed the issue of charging for returns like some other companies do - but believe that this is a detriment to most customers. We do provide a free returns label to customers if their product is damaged or faulty. Likewise, if they are returning the order for an exchange or store credit. This is all highlighted within our Refund Policy page and our Returns process system. Unfortunately, when it is simply a change of mind then the customer is responsible for sending the product back to us using their choice of courier. We then refund their order excluding the initial delivery charge - we do not charge a returns fee. Again, thank you for your feedback! “Brilliant quality,lovely fabric..the jacket i got is like butter lol ..being v tall "high waisted" isn't really high waisted on me..but these leggings fit perfectly..soo happy..tild all my friends to order..and brill customer service,quick delivery and even got free hair scrunchies in my order!”

“I've bought Ultra leggings, Ultra shorts and a White T-Shirt with a fancy open back from LA Nation and their fabric quality is amazing!! When I received my parcel I was pleasantly surprised, similar leggings from Sweaty Betty would have cost me double the price. Their size Medium was perfect for me and I'm a size 12. definitely recommend, worth the money!”

Hi Valerie We have received your email in which you highlighted the issue of the product falling apart in the wash and would like to apologise again for the fault in this product. It is the first time that this has happened to any of our products and will issue a full refund once we receive the goods back. We have provided you with a link to finalise the returns procedure and have yet to see you process this. We are also waiting on further information on how you washed the product so that we can take this back to the manufacturer to then further investigate the fault.
