“"Lampwise" is an Aladdin's cave of lamps, lighting and accessories. There is the best and largest selection of Tiffany lamps and shades that I have ever seen in one place. I was fortunate and could visit their shop in Stony Stratford where I found the staff very helpful without being pushy and very knowledgeable about their product.. I found exactly what I wanted and it was ordered and despatched within four days in perfect condition. I will shop there in the future”

“The saga of the flourecent tube We need a tube that would fit a 400mm under kitchen cabinet light fitting, WE tried every large store in milton keynes without success (even being told they where obsolete). Weven tried and the internet only to come to do dead end. By this time we are now resigned to fact we would ha.ve to by all new fixtures. I took one of the tubes to work ready for another day trying to find this tube, a colleague said what are you after? When I told him he said and I quote go to lampwise if they have not got it then it has not been made, so after many weeks of searching and armed with the lighting in I walked and asked the question I had asked many times before " do you have one of these please?" The lady went over to the display and picked one up checked the size and asked me how many do you need? having recovered and not believing I had found what I was looking for in less then two minutes I purchased three. SO to sum up if you need it go straight to lampwise and be met by friendly, helpful and professional staff”

“We have purchased Tiffany Lamps from Lampwise over many years and have always had excellent service. We have now moved away, so too far to go into the shop, but still order from them to have goods posted to us. There customer care is excellent and have always been curteous and helpful with our enquiries and sorting the purchases for us.”

“The staff member had excellent technical knowledge, knew his stock, was quick and efficient and courteous. He hadn't got everything I needed, but told me when it would be available. Prices a shade more than the big chains, of course, but convenience and service excellent, and local specialists like this are worth every penny.”

“No problem with buying, the fluorescent tube came and is working. It was easier than I thought it would be to find a source for this tube, which is an old type (T12, 6 ft) not readily available.”

“Overall excellent service. The gentleman I spoke to in the shop was very helpful. Very fast delivery. A cheaper slower type of delivery would be a nice option to have. Package was very well wrapped too.”

“I had to contact the company numerous times both by e mail and over the phone, to cancel this order, and yet it was still delivered anyhow! I Have given this feedback already to Pam, but, to reiterate, it was not an impressive performance at any level. The lamps were returned to the company with the courier who was delivering them.”

This item wasn't cancelled within 24hours therefore was dispatched, and we was unable to stop the delivery despite our efforts to do so.
