The lamps were late which I was told was due to bad weather. It’s a small company and I let this go, although would have liked much more unsolicited communication from them if this was the case. The Labrador lamp is attractive and of a good weight, the Ray desk lamp is of good quality. The problems were with the Paradox floor lamp where the height comes in screw together sections which you join yourself. The thread in the middle was badly bored and only a centimetre long so the lamp bent in the middle of the stem. This looks to be to save transport costs but is poor for the price. We fixed it by buying some steel tubing, dismantling it and building a sleeve round the joint. There was little point in returning it as this is a manufacturing/ cost issue so a replacement would be the same. It’s a small company and I’m happy with two out of three of my lamps but think that buying and quality control could be tightened up.

Very disappointed as didn’t receive in time for special birthday, but when we gave him the lamp he was very pleased with it

As others have stated, money taken for the item immediately and then the item not dispatched until over a week later despite being advertised as in stock.

The lights arrived safely and well packaged. They look very good and currently work as expected. The customer service from Lampsy does leave a good deal to be desired. Not the best out there for communication.

Order took 8 days to dispatch without any updates. Lights are okay. There’s an imperfection in part of the glass shade and the black paint is already chipping off on one of joints. Not worth returning over but won’t order from here again.

Only 2 out of 4 lamps received but after messaging I got a prompt response to apologise and the balance had been despatched. It was an error.

I'm an electrician. The lamp took a long time to arrive due to stock issues and the Easter weekend. The lamp itself is very nice but the ceiling rose was cheap plastic and doesn't have any proper fixings. It's one of those that you have to use a hook for (like the cheap IKEA ones) and so the ceiling rose doesn't sit properly flush to the ceiling. I ordered matching, metal ceiling roses with brackets from elsewhere and swapped them over but this isn't something you could do if you didn't know how to wire such things up.

Light was beautiful but unfortunately it wasn't clear that it wasn't switched at the base and as I wanted to hard wire it I can't use it unless I install a switch. Perhaps this could have been made clear. Though the service and lamp were great. I also can't return it now as it has been installed.

The Lamp is pretty and matches my desk. I was disappointed that delivery took so long and that there was no idea of when it was going to be dispatched. But once it was here - it was fine.

Time frame to arrive was longer than stated and the light itself was missing some screws which now means the fitting isn’t securely fitted

No complaints about Lampsy , the light was well packaged and a good delivery time , it’s your delivery firm you use the delivery driver, first of all stated on line that as I wasn’t in it would be taken to the nearest customer collection point which was fine by me , then I received a notification saying the package had been delivered to the rear door with a picture, but to achieve this it was thrown over my 6 foot rear gate . The package was damaged with one edging smashed in were it had hit the concrete path , luckily the shade wasn’t damaged but no thanks to the delivery driver
