Hi Lindsey, Thank you for your review. I understand that this must be a frustrating situation. In the majority of cases, orders dispatched on a tracked 48 service are delivered in two working days. Your order was dispatched one working day after you placed your order which is why it was sent on this service. I can see that your order has unfortunately gone missing in transit. I have created a replacement order which is currently being processed and prepared for dispatch. I have sent you the details of this in an email. My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. I've not recieved part of my order. The lamps arrived over a week ago and I'm still waiting on the bulbs.

I ordered on a Monday expecting dispatch within a day or so. The didn’t bother dispatching the goods for a further 7!days and the delivery took a further 3. They thought this was acceptable. If I’d known they weren’t going to send the goods for ten days I’d have ordered from elsewhere. Beware

Despite the stated delivery terms of 3-5 days, it took two weeks to deliver the ordered goods. Over that time, there was no communication from Lampsy to provide updates or reasons for any delay. Calls to thier contact number and emails to thier customer support email address went unanswered. Over the course of the order, Lampsy removed thier phone contact details from the website. The only channel that worked was the chat facility on the website. updates from the CS team via chat gave differing and unreliable information

An expensive, stylish-looking piece of cheap tacky plastic. For that price, one would expect the perspex windows to be attached so that they don't fall out, and screws with retaining washers so they don't fall on the ground whilst one is trying to attach the cover with its loose windows. Not sure how they achieve IP44 with so many loose parts and no gaskets.

We’ve only recently introduced this and continue to make changes but recognise it isn’t always helpful in all circumstances. You can always skip the bot and connect to live chat during normal business hours, or send a message to customer services outside of these times. We have found the larger Sponge Rechargeable LED Table Lamp to lose battery very quickly (lasts a maximum) of 1hr following a full charge. Other than the functionality of the lamp, we love the design aesthetic. Shame :(

Both lights are lovely however on the long strip light (bity 55 sensor) is slightly damaged. Has a dent on the panel which is a shame as lots of money to pay for this.

All was good until the returns process. £12 to get a returns label and waiting days for the return to be approved??? I ordered a light from a different supplier (not a big company and in fact the light was cheaper) at the same time and their return was free and had a returns label in the box. The reality is you don’t have stores so people can see the product. Colour/tone is impossible to judge online (the reason I returned is the brass was too “dull” for what I was looking for) so you need to be able to see the product before a decision can be made. I would not order from you again as I’m unable to return if it doesn’t look as I want in the flesh without paying £12 so I wouldn’t risk ordering.

The £109 lamp shade arrived dented in two places, despite being wrapped and packaged securely. It seems it was sent out damaged.

Hi, the lamp itself is nice but very unstable and low quality. The head is too heavy for the main part and it broke from the bottom after 2 weeks. I'm very disappointed with the quality as it is quite pretty. I used superglue to stick it back but it's just matter of time that it'll break again and I'll have to buy a new floor lamp.
