I have emailed and put messages on live chat and am still waiting for a response regarding my refund. Initial contact was good but have heard nothing since I returned the goods and provided confirmation of delivery.

Ordered 10 wall lights on 5th April and money taken from bank account. Have not received order confirmation or update. Nor had a response to voicemails left. Sent email and enquiry via website chat box and no responses to date. Very disappointed with customer service. Hopefully will hear something shortly. Delivery was 5-7 days so am expecting the lights by Monday.

No response from "customer service" in over a month regarding 2 Nordlux piola lights that are faulty. Do not trust any claims made that they will take action. I will be claiming on my credit card for the failed lights.

First electrician refused to install this light fitting due to lack of earth bounding. I requested the second electrician as I thought the first one might have been awkward. Second one commented the same and suggested to add an earth bounding but @ my own risk ! As not having an earth bounding is against UK regulations. Not sure how this can be sold in UK. I almost spend same amount I paid the fitting on electricians to rectify a fault on light at my own risk. So disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Lampsy. My order was delayed far beyond the advertised 3-5 working days, and the lack of clear communication only added to the frustration. While delays can happen, the handling of this situation was unacceptable. Suggesting I should wait to book an electrician is basic common sense and does nothing to address the inconvenience caused by the excessive delay and poor communication. Timely delivery is a basic expectation when making a purchase, and Lampsy failed to meet even this standard. The offered resolution—a free return label—was completely inadequate given the inconvenience caused. If this is the level of service Lampsy considers acceptable, I feel compelled to warn others. I would strongly advise against relying on this company. Avoid Lampsy if you value good customer service and reliability.

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order expecting delivery within 5 days, but it took over 4 weeks for anything to arrive. To make matters worse, only 1 of the 4 items I ordered was delivered. Customer service has been practically non-existent—no updates, no communication, and no effort to resolve the issue. It’s clear that this company has no regard for their customers or their time. I strongly recommend avoiding Lampsy at all costs. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. Terrible service, unreliable delivery, and a complete lack of accountability.

My lamp has been delivered with a cracked glass shade and despite several emails, Messaging service contacts and Shop notifications absolutely no response received whatsoever.

Shocking lack of customer service. They claimed to have no knowledge of my order and then, after weeks, it arrived but only after i had ordered again. Now, not needing the new order, i am trying to return is and get a refund but no luck. Horrid service, do not use. No telephone number to be found.

Absolutely shocking. 3 main issues. Lampsy state items are in stock. They are not. They will send you an email several days after you have ordered and state there is a stock discrepancy. 2. Over 10 days later we got an email saying our item has been dispatched - it’s now been 4 days and still no item. 3. There is zero customer service. Calls - you can leave a message but no one returns call. Do NOT use this company.

I have looked into this issue and I can see that this item was backordered and was available for pre-order on the website. Items that are backordered are generally available in 14-21 days from date of order. I understand that it must have been disappointing when this was delayed longer than expected. The delivery took longer than stated on their online shop. Their customer service is extremely slow and takes to get an answer. I eventually got my order but there is an issue with the pendant shades which are not cheap. I have emailed customer services and no response. I have made numerous calls but can never get through. Disappointing service.

17:11 9 May - It is poor form asking for a review when my goods haven’t even been delivered yet. Misplaced faith in automated systems. I was hoping for delivery yesterday or today but nothing has been delivered yet .

The lights arrived but my electrician could not install them because the hex head screw you need to remove in order to wire up the lights threaded on every single light. So all lights could not be opened to make the wiring connections.
