“Delivery of the order took over two weeks. The lamp has a nice design overall but the price does not reflect the finish and material/ look of the lamp. The top head of the lamp is moveable, however be aware the height of the lamp cannot be changed and it isn't very tall.”

“The first lamp I received was faulty - it worked during daylight hours ! It was quickly replaced with one which worked perfectly. I like the design of the lamp - it looks really neat and illuminates a good area in front of my door. When I fitted it, I inserted a small piece of black felt, with a thin slit, in front of the PIR, to reduce the detection area. I think the manufacturers could incorporate something like this to control detection.”

“Order did not arrive on the delivery day promised. Called customer service many times to get an update but there was no answer. Messaged them on twitter, no answer. Sent an email and got a reply after one week. Customer service communication could be greatly improved.”

“The product itself looks beautiful. The delay in shipping our order was extremely long. We waited for two months as we knew they were waiting for more stock but it then took several emails to find out how much longer it would be until delivery.”

“Happy with the light generally. It’s up and in use. Purchased ‘anthracite’ to match sons bedroom furniture which is also ‘anthracite’ but was disappointed to realise on arrival that this ‘anthracite’ was actually just a dark grey and didn’t match the furniture. It’s ok though and goes with the room but not what expected. On reflection should have ordered the black one. Also when fitting we removed the white ceiling rose part and used an alternative as it looked quite cheap. Shade also doesn’t give out loads of light but not a big room and don uses a lamp anyway.”

“The lamp took 4 months to arrive and when it got here it was very noticeably bent. Lampsy offered me a 25% discount due to the fault but have refused to refund the £4.99 delivery charge and haven't replied to my message about returning the item. It's a nice lamp (or would be without the wonky stem!) but I wouldn't place another order after this experience unfortunately.”
