“Beautifully made product and in the main easy to fit. However fitting the 4 final cover retaining screws was very very difficult due to their close proximity to the ceiling. The only way to overcome this is with a magnetic screwdriver as the screws are very short and almost impossible to offer up by hand However it looks really great!”

“Avoid buying through this company. Terrible customer service. Paid for next day delivery but the item didn’t arrive the next day and when I queried this, was told it was the weathers fault. Should of taken more note of other poor reviews. Don’t make the same mistake as me!”

“Really impressed by their customer service. We paid for 3-5 working day delivery and when the order hadn’t been dispatched by day 3 we got in touch to ask as we had our electrician booked in for the following week. They got back to us promptly and made sure the order was dispatched the next day.”

“My order of 14 filament E14 candle bulbs took 10 days to arrive. The company were very difficult to contact. No phone number. I eventually made email contact and received a response. I tried to cancel my order but couldn’t. I said I did not want anything from China. The dimmable bulbs (as stated on the website) arrived eventually and each box said ‘Made in China’ and ‘Non Dimmable’. Total disappointment and they were returned immediately. To be fair they did waive the £12.50 return label charge - but so they should. Now I have to wait for my £91 refund. I have since bought exactly what I need from Lyco. The bulbs arrived in 24hrs. They are dimmable and have a 1yr guarantee and 15,000 hr lifespan…. Use this company instead - you can talk to a real person….. and the bulbs are not made in China!”

“A lovely looking lamp, amazing quality and came quickly. My only criticism is that the lamp requires a specialist bumb, which should come with the lamp. Now i will have to search online elsewhere to find this specialist bulb which is quite annoying. I havent even been able to turn it on yet.”

“Although the pendant light was good quality it wasn’t suitable for the space. I hadn’t realised you have to pay for returns Which cost £12.50. I won’t be ordering again in case items are unsuitable which is a shame as I like the product range and have a large renovation to illuminate!”

“I have just had this light installed and it is absolutely beautiful. I was going to wait util my hallway was finished but I couldn't. It was easy to install and there were problems with setting it up and it's lovely. I would highly recommend it.”
