“Beautiful outdoor light fitting! However, the plastic defuser part or insert easily falls out, this must be a design fault or faulty light? Which is a shame, could have been 5 stars. 4 stars given for the look and feel of the light.”

“17:11 9 May - It is poor form asking for a review when my goods haven’t even been delivered yet. Misplaced faith in automated systems. I was hoping for delivery yesterday or today but nothing has been delivered yet .”
