“Light was beautiful but unfortunately it wasn't clear that it wasn't switched at the base and as I wanted to hard wire it I can't use it unless I install a switch. Perhaps this could have been made clear. Though the service and lamp were great. I also can't return it now as it has been installed.”

“I wanted a lamp to read by when in bed and this one hits the spot! Easy to manuver to get it just where I want it and not too bright that it reflects off the pages and blinds me. A lovely looking lamp as well, what can't be good about it??”

“Delivery was very quick and the best price I could find for 2x Blokhus Wall Lights in Stainless Steel. The items are ok and look ok but the quality isn’t what I expected. The wall screws all were very poor and cheap. The covered dome bolts that hold the front to the wall were poor and two out of four missed the thread stage so they have normal bolts until I can find replacements. The back of the bolts are held only by the plastic back so one is now spinning so the only way to ever remove the light will damage the unit. I fit these Christmas week and have decided just to live with them. I will use Lampsy again although I didn’t contact them about the issues I can’t say how they would responded but the actual lights would only get 2 or 3 stars which is a shame because they look nice.”

“Worst customer service I have experienced in decades. The original issue was with DPD who failed to deliver, failed to send a pickup pass and then wrongly returned item to depot. I emailed Lampsy customer service, asked them to send the item back out asap, they were totally disinterested in the stress, inconvenience and wasted time and told me I'd have to complain to DPD (who had already told me I needed to complain to Lampsy). When I told them how disappointed I was, they decided to cancel my order, knowing that I was desperate to receive it as soon as possible. When I asked why they had gone out of their way to make my situation even worse, they claimed it was a "commercial decision", which makes absolutely no sense. They then stopped answering emails. I can only assume that they cancelled my order as a direct result of me having expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service. Shocking. I wish I had checked TrustPilot before ordering as there are lots of bad reviews there complaining about their customer service. I have now found the item elsewhere (slightly cheaper too) and will never buy from Lampsy again.”
