“Despite ordering over £150 worth of goods, I was charged £20 delivery. Your website did not make it clear that there were conditions to the "free" delivery. The email address on the website was incorrect. The online chat never seemed to work. When I tried to call the lines were ALWAYS busy and when I left messages, no-one called me back. In short, I will not be using the site again.”

“Due to my error I had to return the order and reorder a different item. Return completed with no fuss. Fantastic delivery and friendly and helpful staff helping me along the way”
