“Two lamps that were meant for the bathroom went rusty within a couple of months. I contacted Lampsy, they were polite but refused to give me a refund and instead sent exactly the same lamps. There had been no change in the manufacturing process and no reason to believe they wouldn’t go rusty again. I am reluctant to pay for an electrician to replace them again if they will end up rusting again. I would have rather had a refund and purchased another lamp.”
