“The lamp I received does not work very well as the glass part does not screw onto the base correctly. I did email Lampsy to raise this however, they just advised for me to return it if I was not happy. I have chosen to keep the lamp as I have to fund the cost to return it even though the fault is theirs.”

“Item arrived without a screw to attach the main body to the base. Returns are at your own expense. No response to an initial enquiry. Very nice website and products are excellent, but needs the customer service to match the shop window.”
